Dentist Corona:
Hi there, This is my first visit to your blog and looking on, I%u2019m impressed! Great contents! It's good to know that there are dental professionals who are good with communicating with people as well as their patients thru blogs like this. I commend them! It is very important that dentists are able to give patients as well as the readers a clear idea and explanation of what they need to know regarding their dental problem and treatments. - Shane

DR.HARRELL:
Hi. I'm happy to take a look and gave you my opinion on the problem. We have several good root canal specialists that we refer to for the root canals. Caps are a very common procedure in our practice, so we can definitely help you with those. As far as the insurance, we also request payment at the time of service. We do however file your insurance electronically over the internet so that most insurance companies will reimburse you very quickly. Usually, most patients will receive their reimbursement in less than 2 weeks. If you would like your records transferred, we can help with that. You will need to sign a records release with you old dentist. Sometimes they may have a records transfer fee.

Dr. Harrell, I need to have a root canal and caps. I went to another dentist who I think the is very good but unfortunately he bills me and then I can submit my receipts to my insurance. This procedure is too expensive for me to pay up front. What is your insurance claim practice? Also, if I were to come to you could I just have my records transferred. All xrays were done 10 days ago.
